Business Presentations

In business presentations, the object or goal (in my opinion) is to persuade; convincing the board, committee, or clients that your goal, idea or message is worth their time and/or money.

There are several types of business presentations that can be given. The most prominent type of business presentation (in my opinion) that is given is oral presentations. However, with the technology that is available today, one can also give business presentations online and via email.

In an oral presentation, the strategies that can be use to incorporate effective visual elements into your business presentations first and foremost starts with you! Your style, composure and most importantly, your confidence are (to me) key elements that can be incorporated into your presentations. When your audience views you, they should see that you have professionalism; by the way that you dress, your posture, and your movement.

Other techniques that I use to incorporate effective visual elements into business presentations are to follow particular guidelines. Such guidelines go as followed: learning the company’s individual style; their structure, products and services. I use such techniques to compliment the business, its structure and individuals within the company.

By employing these strategies in business presentations; the board or the committee, will recognize your style, prestige and confidence in your work (being genuine). My style represents respect, uniqueness, and logic.
